         Greetings! I would like to congratulate you Mr. Benigno Aguino III. being a president of the Philippines. It's a pleasure to me to write you a letter so I grab this opportunity to know our basic needs and status in our province

          I know that there are many crisis faces the Philippines like the Pork Barrel Scam, the camalities and typhoons strike us, the high prize of the rice, garlic and many more and most specially the poverty. Just continue what you have started and I know you can do so much better in our country. 

          Being  a student, I would like that your priority is education. Like us we have financial problem regarding to our study, I would like you to give us scholarships specially students which have no money to continue thier study.
